The location was comfortable, really close to Southover Grange Gardens. Good service from all the very amiable and excellent co-operating staff that I interacted with. The breakfast was satisfactory with lots of dishes to choose from.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The host, Odette, was wonderful and very accommodating. She was prompt to arrive at the property and even allowed for an early breakfast request. I also appreciated her assistance in finding an alternative for luggage storage after check-out. This attention to detail made my stay even more enjoyable.

I was disappointed to find that the location was not as close to the city center as I had hoped, forcing me to take transportation to get to certain attractions. the room lacked windows which made it feel less inviting and dark.

The location near the railway station and the Mandela Forum is very convenient. Despite some reviews mentioning an industrial area, the surroundings were quiet and peaceful. Our room was clean, well-decorated, and spacious. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the daily maid service was a plus. the breakfast was tasty and offered a good variety of items to choose from.

The ground floor rooms were unfortunately close to a busy road, which caused some noise disturbance during the night.

The staff had very bad communication skills and was not always present at the hotel. This caused some inconvenience as we had to call them to come back to the hotel and wait for them.

This made it easy for me to travel around the city and also to the stadium where I participated in an international competition. The cleanliness of the room was impressive and facilities were top-notch. Breakfast was also very satisfying, with a good range of sweet treats and hot drinks. Lastly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
